**Please note that the basement has a separate exterior entrance door and is NOT accessible from the main floor. This layout offers guests who may have two families to have their own private suite that has its own kitchen, bathroom, living room and private entrance**

**The grass is cut every week by our Gardiner. They may cut the grass during your stay if it falls within the weekly grass cutting schedule.**

We do not ask our guests to clean and do not have a check-out chore list.
To ensure the safety of our guests, neighbors and community, you must agree to the following house rules.
• Absolutely no parties or events.
• Max capacity is 14 persons including visitors. The total amount of guests and visitors cannot exceed 14 at any time. You must accurately disclose number of guests at booking.
• Absolutely no smoking of any kind.
• No shoes to be worn inside home for purposes of hygiene.
• No pets.
