**Guests will enjoy the Main level of the bungalow home where we have a private front door entrance exclusive to you. All amenities of the home including the Kitchen, Bathroom, Entrance, Laundry are FULLY private/NOT shared. **
**Basement is NOT included and is NOT accessible. The basement is rented separately to long term tenants with their own private entrance at the back of the home. The main level and basement are two separate and Independent units. Our guests will have private use of the main floor of this bungalow home.”

• Max capacity is 4 persons including visitors. The total amount of guests and visitors cannot exceed 4 at any time. You must accurately disclose number of guests at booking.
• Absolutely no smoking of any kind.
• No shoes to be worn inside home for purposes of hygiene.
